CARSO ROSSO WINERY
At Carso Rosso, we’re all about good people making great wine™. What started as a small idea inside a local gift shop has grown into a full winery experience—complete with a cozy tasting room, weekend live music, and a rotating lineup of handcrafted wines.
Our name is inspired by owner and winemaker Adam’s family roots in Trieste, Italy—specifically the Carso region, known for bold red wines (his favorite!). From dry reds like our Frontline blend to fun experiments like the Igloo Bandit Blush, every bottle has a story—just ask and we’ll tell you.
We source our grapes from California (reds) and Washington State (whites), letting each harvest shape the flavors we share with you. Since opening in 2020, we’ve grown from a patio-only setup to heated wine globes and a full indoor tasting room.
